Opted for drive & pickup, mentioned vehicle details and clicked the 'I am here' button in the app, but no one came out with the order - had to go inside myself. Even after paying ₹600 for pizzas, the store asked ₹10 extra for a carry bag which was not mentioned in the app, and they only accepted cash (no UPI/ card), so I had to carry the pizza boxes in hand on my vehicle. Staff entertains customers as per their own convenience, service is slow, and they don't seem to understand customer service. Pizza taste was good and consistent as Domino's, so no complaints about that, but overall very inconvenient and unfair experience.
