Cleaning issue

I ordered a Pizza and Garlic Bread on 18 May, but when the order was delivered, I found out that the pizza was not cut and it was in DIY mode. I really appreciate that the outlet accepted their mistake professionally and assured me that they would provide a replacement of the order whenever needed. Today, when I called them, within just 2 minutes they confirmed that the order would be delivered to my place. Special thanks to Maheshprasad Vishwakarma and Solanki Pratham Raju for supporting and helping throughout the process. During my call with Solanki Pratham Raju, the discussion was only regarding the Pizza, but along with the Pizza they also sent Garlic Bread as a complimentary gesture, which was really appreciated. Their quick response, supportive behaviour, and customer service genuinely improved the overall experience. 🍕👏

They delivered the pizza in “DIY mode” — toppings included, slicing not included 😅 So while placing the order, kindly add a special instruction: “Please cut the pizza before sending… we are hungry, not MasterChef contestants.” 🍕😂
