I dined in at a Domino’s outlet and ordered four different pizzas, with a total bill of around 1600. The pizzas were served hot and fresh, but the overall experience was good.
The main issue was taste inconsistency. All four pizzas tasted quite similar and did not have the traditional Domino’s flavor I usually expect. This made it feel like the quality and preparation vary from one outlet to another.
Another noticeable concern was the seasoning options. Despite keeping multiple seasoning containers, only oregano was available. There were no separate options for chilli flakes, chilli garlic, or peri-peri seasoning, which reduced the overall dining experience and sense of variety.
In my opinion, Domino’s needs to improve standardisation and taste should same at all outlets.
