Domino's Pizza OOTACAMUND TOWN-OOTY

"I visited Domino's Pizza today and had a great experience with the food – I ordered the Margarita Double Cheese, and it was bursting with flavor, super tasty and yummy! The ambience was also really nice. However, there were a couple of things I'd like to mention. Parking-wise, they don't have their own facilities, so we had to use the paid municipal parking. One area that disappointed me was the restroom cleanliness; it wasn't clean and neat, which is important given how many people, including kids, use it. I think they'd do well to focus on improving hygiene and cleanliness in the restrooms."

Good pizza and friendly staff

When Domino's opened in Ooty for the first time, all the services were good. But when I visited around July 2023, I was stunned. We ordered pizza, and it was taking a while to take the order—we had to wait like 15 minutes. Then, after the order was taken, we had to wait nearly 30-40 minutes. We ordered cheese burst, but they gave us bread without the cheese burst, and we had to yell at the lady to refund the amount. They said they would prepare and give us a new one, but it was already 9:30 PM, so we just sat there and waited. I remember that day, it was raining outside, and we were really hungry. Finally, we ate the food and left. Since then, I haven't visited this place. I'd rather go to other cities in India to order from Domino's. This was the craziest experience I have ever had.
