​I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received. ​I recently placed an order to be delivered on a train, but due to a technical error, the delivery couldn't be completed. I was disappointed, but then the owner called and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. ​The owner personally arranged for my order to be delivered to me later in Mumbai, which was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture. This level of customer care is rare and truly impressive. ​Thank you again for your outstanding effort and for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Food is good, but floors are not clean manytimes. Service is always late.

Good experience. The pizza was fresh and cheezy. The choco lava was hot. The service was also quick.
