This was my first experience ordering Domino's during a train journey through the IRCTC eCatering Android app, and it exceeded my expectations.
I placed the order around 45 minutes before reaching Saharanpur Railway Station and selected Cash on Delivery since it was my first time using the service. The ordering process was very simple. After entering the PNR, the app automatically fetched my train number, coach, and seat details. I only had to select the delivery station and choose the Domino's outlet.
Once the order was confirmed, I received the outlet details along with the delivery executive's contact number. As soon as the train reached Saharanpur Railway Station, I received a call from the delivery executive. He already had all the required details, including my train number, coach, seat number, and platform. Within a minute, he reached my coach and handed over the order.
The pizza was hot, fresh, well-packed, and exactly as ordered. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
