Domino's Pizza offers a convenient and generally reliable option for pizza delivery in Dahanu, though there are a few inconsistencies I found to be worth noting. I placed my order through the Domino's India app. The delivery itself was smooth and on time, with no issues on that front. The pizzas were fresh, well-prepared, and tasted good overall. However, one concern is the lack of clarity around pizza sizes on the app. The “regular” size is quite small for the price, and it would be helpful if this were more clearly communicated with the mention of what size the regular actually is. In some instances, it possibly makes more sense to pay a bit extra and opt for a larger size. The bigger issue was inconsistency in preparation. Both pizzas were ordered without default toppings, with the intention to customize them. However, one pizza arrived with toppings that were not requested, while the other was prepared correctly. This kind of inconsistency can be frustrating, especially for those with specific preferences. From past visits to the store, I’ve also noticed that orders are expected to be placed through the app rather than over the phone, which is slightly unusual compared to some other locations. Overall, while the taste and delivery are reliable, there is room for improvement in order accuracy and clarity. A decent option, but it did have its drawbacks. Edit - I have increased the rating from 3 to 4 stars.
