My recent visit to Domino’s Pizza in Thodupuzha was just average. While the food itself met expectations and there’s nothing to complain about in terms of taste, the customer service left much to be desired. When I walked into the outlet, the staff clearly noticed me, but no one approached or acknowledged me for quite some time. I ended up waiting around 10 minutes just to place my order, and finally someone came over and surprisingly asked, “Have you already ordered?” — despite me standing there the whole time. That level of inattentiveness was frustrating. Additionally, several tables were left uncleaned, which added to the sense of disorganization. I’m not sure whether the issue was due to being understaffed or simply a lack of attentiveness from those on duty. Overall, while the food was fine, the poor service and lack of basic customer engagement made the experience unsatisfactory. I hope the management takes note and works on improving the customer service side of things.

Tried their pizza and garlic bread. Taste is really good. One of the best pizza available at thodupuzha.

Hard to know weather it's a non veg or veg pizza.......still I'm searching for my chicken pieces on pizza.....
