I had accidentally forgotten my handbag at the outlet, and she proactively contacted me to inform me about it. Disappointed with the service staff were unresponsive and unhelpful during the ordering process. Food-wise, the garlic bread in our takeaway order was undercooked and doughy.
Definitely room for improvement in both quality and customer care.
