Ok ok place. Although it's good at the outlet's part that they have open cooking/baking arena and one as a customer gets to see what is being baked, hiwever the entire baking/cooking area needs a revamp and specially the deep cleaning. Seating area is ok and clean despite less seating. Many a times the pizza/ other edible items being ordered for delievery are not that aptly baked as they are for the customers who order and eat them in the outlet itself. Owing to this the customer who order at the comfort of their home many a times feel duped and fooled. Even 30 min guaranteed delievery is sometimes a pointless thing as the tracking shows that delievery boy is at gate of your society and in actuals he is no where to be seen. Just because you have guaranteed delievery in 30 mins that doesn't means that you start befooling the customer on your tracking system as customers are bound to track by your app only. Even for over the counter order customers your staff should be made to understand that inly taking the orders with a smile on face is not enough, you need to prioritise the customer standing to orders rather than staff chit-chatting amongst themselves. These are the certain points I thought that I must bring out for the brand to notify and commence rectification steps.

Taste was excellent, just tell your chef's to make pizza with even toppings, not like 1 slice got 4 pieces of Jalpenos and other got nothing, overall taste was excellent
