They close the app for delivery AFTER you place an order, keep you waiting with no update and then refund in your wallet but not in your bank account. And the order status says it’s been delivered but I didn’t receive it. Terrible service despite the steep prices.
EDIT: the order was delivered after more than an hour but the app said order was already delivered 30 mins ago. When I asked the delivery guy why it was so late, he said there’s no order delivery staff. Hire more people if you want to maintain your reputation
