I’ve mostly ordered from this place online, but today I finally walked in and ordered directly. One thing immediately caught my eye: they were making pizzas with bare hands, which is usually a big no. That said, I later noticed they were using gloves while arranging things, so I let it slide. Food-wise, no complaints. Everything tasted good. What really stood out was the cheese, it was richer, creamier, and used a bit more generously than other outlets. That alone made the pizza feel more indulgent. The rest of the items were classic Domino’s quality. I ordered the paneer stuffed garlic bread, and it was genuinely good. The staff were polite and well-behaved, so credit where it’s due. What I don’t understand is their constant objection to recording. If nothing wrong is happening, why the resistance? I wasn’t recording faces, just the process. Customers should be allowed transparency. The chocolate bun they gave was honestly trash for the price, but it cost ₹170, so I didn’t bother complaining. Especially this place does not have much sitting space I think it is mostly for online deliveries.
Overall, it was a good experience. You can’t expect gourmet on a budget, right?
