I had a very bad experience at this place. If I could rate it, I would give it a negative rating.
The service was extremely disappointing and nothing like the experience I expect from Domino’s. I noticed one of the staff members leaning casually on the order counter, displaying very poor body language and a lack of professionalism. The way some staff members were speaking and behaving gave the impression that they were not concerned about customer service at all.
The place was also untidy and did not appear to meet the hygiene standards I would expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s. I strongly feel that the management should conduct a proper audit of this outlet and take immediate action to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and staff behaviour.
How can customers feel comfortable eating at a place that does not appear clean or hygienic? Even a dog cleans its place before sitting or sleeping there.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards of this outlet.
