Unfortunately, my recent visit to there was a letdown. Here's what went wrong:
- *Slow Service*: We waited over 30 minutes for our order, and even then, it was incomplete.
- *Incorrect Order*: Our pizza had incorrect toppings, which was frustrating given the long wait.
- *Cold Food*: The pizza was lukewarm at best, and the crust was soggy.
- *Unhelpful Staff*: When we complained, the staff seemed unapologetic and unhelpful.
Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.
