Visited the Domino’s outlet at Pulwarisharif and had a rather underwhelming experience. The space is quite small and didn’t feel well-maintained — bins were overflowing and the tables weren’t clean. Initially, the staff refused to take my order due to a rush of online orders, but after explaining I was with my elderly mother, they agreed.
The staff did inform me upfront that there would be a delay, and the pizzas arrived about 30 minutes later. I ordered two veg pizzas. One thing that stood out — and not in a good way — was that the onion slices were cut far too thick for my liking, which affected the overall texture and flavor.
All in all, it was a so-so experience. The staff were polite enough, but the hygiene and service standards could definitely use improvement.
