I had one of the warmest experiences at Domino’s in Lulu Mall today. The person at the counter is such a genuine, down-to-earth soul. He not only remembered my last order from a long time back, but when I casually asked about cappuccino (which Domino’s doesn’t serve), he went the extra mile — he asked his coworker to get it from Burger King next door and served it to our table.
In a place where it’s normally self-service, this gesture really touched me. Such kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly special. This is the kind of service that stays in your heart and makes you want to come back again and again. ❤️
