I recently visited the Domino’s outlet near Tin Factory metro station...
I recently visited the Domino’s outlet near Tin Factory metro station and placed a takeaway order for the Big Big 6, one cheeseburst pizza, and garlic bread with cheese dip. Unfortunately, the cheese dip was missing from my takeaway order.
Additionally, the overall experience at the store was not pleasant. The floor was quite dirty, and the restroom door was kept open at all times, which made us feel uncomfortable.
During billing, the computer system was very slow, and staff had to switch cables between systems to complete the transaction, which caused further delays.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the overall service and hygiene standards.
