Delicious pizzas, but unfortunately, the service didn't match the food quality. The staff at the counter seemed quite rude and unfriendly, I don't know if they had a bad day. A simple smile would have gone a long way in making the experience more pleasant.
Visited the Electronic City outlet recently and was blown away by their service - seems like there's a big difference in service quality between outlets. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the service here.
