Went two days ago and wow—what a performance. 1. First, the lovely staff completely ignored the customers. People were standing, waiting, confused… and the employees? Unbothered. Almost like we were invisible. Must be a new customer service strategy—pretend no one exists. 2. We asked to place an order, and the response? “Order it through the app.” Cool, except we didn’t have the app. Told them that. Repeatedly. Their solution? Say “use the app” again. Genius. While we were struggling to download it with the world’s slowest internet, they just stood there. No help. No patience. Just vibes. We waited over 30 minutes doing their job. What a treat. 3. Finally, after the great app adventure, we ordered. And just when I thought the drama was over—we had a Thums Up bottle (outside drink) and I barely took a sip. Suddenly one staff member turned into a full-on security guard yelling, “There’s CCTV! You can’t drink that!” like we were smuggling weapons, not soda. The energy was unmatched. If Domino’s ever starts a reality show, this outlet should host the pilot episode. Service? Zero. Kindness? Negative. Drama? 10/10.

She disappointed me in front of everyone by screaming that I'm not all...
She disappointed me in front of everyone by screaming that I'm not allowed to eat outside food and she didn't even take a order instead she is telling that order it online as we are busy even after asking multiple times . And literally she didn't even speak politely , there are some ethics to follow with customers please inform them to follow And finally we went back home without eating pizza as they didn't take up our order. Very bad service
