Prompt Service: The order was ready quickly, and the staff were attentive and efficient.
Taste: The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a great crust. Exactly the quality I expect from Domino’s!
Ambience/Cleanliness: The outlet was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal
Areas for Improvement:
Wait Time: Although the order was prompt, there was a long queue. Adding more staff during peak hours might help.
Seating: Limited seating was available, so it could be improved to accommodate more people.
Online Ordering: The app showed some items unavailable even though they were in stock at the outlet. Updating real-time stock on the app could enhance the experience.
