Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this restaurant have been disappointing. The service has noticeably deteriorated, both for delivery and dine-in options. Wait times have increased, and the overall service quality seems to be slipping.
One of the biggest issues is the washroom conditions, which are far from satisfactory. I often find that the hand wash sink is directly exposed, which is unhygienic and unsettling. This is a critical area that needs immediate attention.
While the food itself still meets standard expectations in terms of quality, the kitchen hygiene is concerning. The staff preparing the pizzas do not appear to follow proper sanitization practices, which is worrying for anyone concerned about food safety. There’s also a lack of clear markings or guidelines when it comes to pizza preparation.
The dining area could also use more attention. The tables aren't always as clean as they should be, which affects the overall experience.
On a positive note, they do follow up for feedback regarding quality, which shows they care about customer input, but it seems like there’s a disconnect between customer concerns and actual improvements.
Overall, I hope the restaurant addresses these issues quickly to restore its previous standards.
