I recently visited Domino's Pizza at Katraj, expecting the same quality and service that Domino's is known for, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member taking orders seemed to be in a constant hurry and was unable to explain the menu properly or provide accurate information about the pizzas and available offers. As a customer, I expected a little more patience and better assistance while placing my order.
The dine-in area also needs significant improvement. The seating space was not clean, several tables required attention, and the overall ambience felt poorly maintained. It did not provide a comfortable environment to sit and enjoy a meal. Regular cleaning and proper maintenance would make a big difference to the customer experience.
Another issue I noticed was that online and delivery orders appeared to be given much higher priority than customers who were dining in. Although I understand that online orders are important, dine-in customers should also receive timely service and equal attention. The waiting time felt longer than expected because the staff seemed more focused on preparing delivery orders.
Finally, the pizza itself was not up to the usual Domino's standard. The taste was average, the toppings were not as generous as expected, and it did not feel fresh enough to justify the price. Overall, this outlet has a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer service, cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on these areas to provide a much better experience in the future.
