I recently visited this Domino’s branch in Kondhwa. Here is an honest breakdown of the experience based on my visit:
The Good
The Food: The pizza was well-baked with a good amount of cheese and toppings. It arrived hot, and the crust had that classic Domino's texture. The herb seasoning was generous, which added a nice flavor.
Value Deals: They have some solid "Hot-Seller" and "Lunch Feast" promos displayed (like 2 items for ₹119 or a 4-course meal for ₹99), which makes it a very budget-friendly spot for a quick bite.
The Average
Ambiance & Seating: The indoor seating area is functional but very basic. It’s okay for a quick sit-down meal, but the lighting is a bit harsh and the furniture is standard metal/plastic.
Storefront: The outside area often has a few stray dogs resting near the entrance. They were peaceful, but it’s something to be aware of if you aren't comfortable with animals around the doorway.
The Bad
Cleanliness & Maintenance: This was the biggest drawback. The floor inside had some noticeable damage/cracks, and there were visible dirt patches or scuff marks in several areas.
Cluttered Workspace:
The dining area felt a bit like a storage room, with stacks of blue delivery crates kept right next to the tables. It definitely takes away from the "restaurant" feel and makes the space feel cramped.
Verdict: Great if you are looking for a reliable, cheap pizza fix or a quick takeaway. However, the outlet really needs a deep clean and some maintenance to make the dine-in experience more pleasant.
