Few days back i had ordered a rice bowl and Choco lava cake.
The customer care executive in the shop called me up and said the cake is not available, she gave me several options, out of which i opted to just send the rice bowl. The delivery arrived but the refund was not processed. I opened online complaint, but the portal crashed after i uploaded image. When i tried next day it said sorry... too late, crossed 24 hrs.
Then i called up the dominos exec who told me the cake was not available. She was not in the shift, she gave number of another exec who was in, I called that guy, and he mentioned to wait for 24-48 hrs for refund to come.
Third day, refund didnt arrive, I called the last guy, he was not in shift, called the original girl, she immediately gave number of another exec who would be in shift. I called the last guy, he said, we owe you the cake and can send you anytime you want.
Ultimately they did deliver the cake [ i created a new order so they sent it along with it ].
Moral of story Domino's fatimanagar, wanawadi has excellent executives, who all has full customer centric approach, moral values and deserve a raise :)
